We decided to take a side trip to Dunsmuir, which is 50 miles above Redding. This is as we are driving across Shasta Lake. It is a big lake and we saw some Huge boats on it. 
This is Mt. Shasta, which is a volcano.

I thought this was cool. This signs was on I-5. Yes it is showing that Bears cross the interstate. Can you imagine driving at 65 mph and seeing a bear in your way?? I would die.

Well on your way home...please stop and take a picture of the bears...if you see them and don't run into them!! Ha,ha,ha!
That would be pretty scary beings how most people are probably driving faster than 65 MPH!
